Saw Grindhouse last night and I have a few things to say.
1. Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, Rose McGowan, - OWWwwwwwwww I HEAR YOU ROBERT RODRIGUEZ!!! (in case you havent heard, Rob Rod is bangin McGowan at the present time and was apparently bangin her during the movie.. I have NO problems with that at all. She holds down the first movie and brings you into the second.) OUTSTANDING JOB...
2. BLOOD, GUTS, GORE, GUTS, BLOOD, GUNS, EXPLOSIONS.. action action action... CHAOS, CRAZY, INSANITY, WUTTT FACTORS GALORE, BLAMMO STICKY, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME... and thats just the first movie "PLANET TERROR". (remember this is a double header.
3. Sadly I left during the second movie because it was a little slow.. I'll check it out on DVD one day I guess...however just the first movie, Rodriquez'es portion, is worth the price of admission.
THEY (Tarantino and Rodriguez) CAPTURE late 70's movie theaters perfectly. At one point I thought about asking my dad if I could go to the bathroom, and realized I'm now the age my dad was when I was going to see movies like this at the Fox Theater in St. Louis Mo. (when it looked like the FOX theater from Escape From New York.
WORTH SEEING 100%. ..and I'll stop now before I start really telling you what happens in the movie... GO SEE IT BEFORE I CRACK.
